Чемпионат EEBC Youth Championships 9-BALL
Белорусские игроки приглашаются к участию в международном турнире EEBC Youth Championships, который пройдет с 21-22 марта в г.Дебица, Польша. Возраст участников- 2003 года рождения и моложе.
У Беларуси есть 5 квот для юношей и 3 квоты для девушек. Три квоты заполнены членами сборной команды Республики Беларусь: Адерихо Андрей., Дианисевичус Алиса., Чепрасова Дарья.
Свободны 4 квоты в турнир юношей и 1 квота в турнир девушек. Эти квоты предлагаются всем желающим.

20 th March – arrival day , practice time and players meeting,
21 st March – 10.00 – 10.30 -opening ceremony
- 10.30-18.00 - matches – Robin Round,
22 nd March – 10.00 –12.00 matches – Robin Round,
- 12.00 – 17.00 - single elimination round
- 17.00 – 18.00 – final and awards ceremony.
Participants: athletes from East Europe – nominated by partners or members of the EEBC.
Maximum 48 participants – boys U 17 ( born in 2003 and younger ) + 16 girls U 17 ( born in
2003 and younger).

In the absence of applications, free places will be transferred to interested EEBC Partners.
Tournament: 9-Ball – WPA rules;
Boys: 8- groups x 5-6 athletes - Robin Round System race to 4- 5 . Single elimination – best
16 – race to 5-6.
Girls: 4 groups x 4 athletes – Robin Round System race to 4. Single elimination – best 8 – race
to 5.
Tables/Cloth/ Balls – 11 x Dynamic/ WiK 9 ft/ Aramith balls
Dress code: polo shirt or shirt, one color trousers ( no jeans and sport trousers allowed), visit
shoes ( no sneakers and sport shoes allowed). National logo or flag.
Registration: by email to EEBC - ebc@ebc-billiard.com until 1 st March 2020.
Prizes: cups, medals and gifts for 4 best players in each category.

Price: double -twin – triple room + breakfast and dinner – 100 zł / per person ( 23,50€) / day.
Fine and Penalty Regulations:
1.Alcohol, smoking or drug taking – disqualification from the event and 100 euro
2. Unsportsmanlike behavior – disqualification from the event and 50-150 euro,
3. Athlete insulting referee or tournament official - disqualification from the event and 50-150
euro,
4. Doping violation based upon WADA Anti-Doping Code and WCBS Anti-Doping Code-
disqualification from the event and Disciplinary Panel.
5. Failure to match – 50 euro,
6. Involvement in match fixing- disqualification from the event and 100-250 euro,
7. Offensive statements in the media, online forums, etc. – Penalty 100- 500 euro – EEBC
Board decision.
